This week I talk with Chad Gangwer! Chad is an accomplished restaurant veteran and just a few years ago he decided to create a new path! He walked away from his partnership in a hospitality group. He wanted something new and different, a rebirth. He wanted out of the limelight. Over the past few years, he has been able to focus on his mental health as well as his path to sobriety. Chad has created ‘Chadcuterie’ a custom charcuterie company and it has taken off! Piggybacking off the success of ‘Chadcuterie’ he will be opening Grazeland, a craft deli where he will also run his charcuterie business! Grazeland is set to open in June 2024!
