Do you know your worth? Ask yourself that question in all honesty. Do you know deep down what you are worth to the world, or are you letting outside sources determine that for you?

- A Boss
- A Title
- Money
- Social Media
All of these things can make us feel more or less worthy of being called “great”. But what we need to find is self validation through self respect and not letting others take us for granted.
Heath talks about his recent bouts with not feeling appreciated in all of the work he does, and how he moved past it all by saying F@#$ IT to all of the ungrateful ones out there who just expect kindness and service as a norm out of those who are givers.
