In this episode of the Spa Life Show, Diane’s guest is Samantha Drum. After facing several high-conflict personalities at the start of her career, Samantha realized a harsh truth. Law school had not prepared her for managing high-conflict behavior or extreme personality. Deciding to take matters into her own hands, she dedicated time to studying high-conflict personalities, intending to learn effective tools and strategies for when she found herself in high-conflict situations. She gained a deep understanding of how these personalities function, the way they think, and what triggers them. Subsequently, she learned to implement plans that could manage such situations, minimize the damage they cause, and maximize control. As an attorney, Samantha has the unique opportunity to fight for people during their most vulnerable moments and assist them as they start to rebuild their lives.
