Yeah I know, you're "goal oriented". And maybe you are! But until you have a specific process to create CLARITY & CERTAINTY about what you want, why you want it, what you get by getting what you want, and how you're going to get it all you have are "hopes and prayers". Fine for politicians, but worthless for a committed, action taking professional bent on being more every day!
