The Dallas Stars stay in first place in the Central Division after a 4-1 win over the Winnipeg Jets last night. They have won all three games this season against the Jets and have held them under two goals or less in all three matchups. Logan Stankoven made franchise history with a goal in his 3rd straight game, the first player to do that in the first week of their NHL career. He has provided a spark for Dallas and he's here to stay. The top line looked like themselves, Jason Robertson, Joe Pavelski and Roope Hintz all scored in the victory as things are starting to look up after a rough stretch. Part of that is the return of Nils Lundkvist who played over 13 minutes in his first game back and really never missed a beat. Handled the Jets physicality well and made plays when he needed too.
