I made this for myself, but I figured all of you might benefit from it as well. In this one hour manifestation you will find positive affirmations and fun upbeat music to fuel your workout.
Your sub-conscience mind is so powerful, use this manifestation to boost your workout and to tell your body what you want it to do with it (like burn excess fat to fuel the exercise).
You can say these affirmations out loud, silently to yourself, or just listen to them and let them wash over you as you exercise.
