Finding the confidence to express yourself as a creative is not always easy. As counter-intuitive as it may sound, SINGING allows you to break through your fear. Julia Amisano is a voice, piano and acting teacher who believes that everybody can sing. She helps her students, whether 5 years old or 87 years old and everyone in between, connect and share energies by using their voice. Julia demonstrates some easy techniques for learning how to sing- it starts with proper breathing, as our voice is a wind instrument. She gives us great tips on how you can find your perfect vocal range, and always kill it in karaoke. Julia and I also discuss using your voice for introverts, and overcoming stage fright.
