This week we’re talking about the Sailor Moon R Movie (which 90s dub fans may remember as “The Promise of the Rose”), with mega moonie guest star Kaori Takee of Team Amasian and the Sailor Moon Crystal After Show at AfterBuzz TV. We delve pretty deep into our early experiences both with this film and Sailor Moon in general. Emma gets real about her feelings towards the 90s dub, and by the end of the episode we finally stop confusing the name of the villain in this film with that of the prince from Wicked.
