Special guest Kevin Hasenfus shares what it takes to choose joy while facing challenges. God wants us to rejoice in Him, even in our most painful moments. Instead of wondering why horrible things happen, we move forward by trusting that God uses everything for good. We overcome negativity when we change our thinking and develop healthy habits. We can't handle the tough stuff on our own, but we can grow through it when we follow Jesus and seek support from others.
