Ross Findlay is the director of NAC (Niseko Adventure Center), which provides a variety of outdoor activities and services in the Niseko area of Hokkaido, Japan. Ross moved to Japan in 1989 to work as a seasonal ski instructor, but moved from there into rafting, and then into developing an extremely successful tourism business in the area. Ross' success helped Niseko become the main international ski resort in Japan and his name and brand are synonymous with the region.
