Globally, leadership challenges today are an existential one. When faced with crises, we humans tend to default to our muscle memory, that is, do it because that is how we have always done it. But how we have led in the past will not take us where we aspire to be. The time has come to embrace a new kind of leader who is prepared to take on the promise of innovative problem-solving, as well as innovative relationship-building. A leader who is willing and able to unleash the abundant talents and passions all around them, and leverage them to create a better world.
