Lisa Tretiak - Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre; Presented by Manitobaville, The Podcast
Manage episode 375435859 series 3506294
Every year Lisa Tretiak and her team at Prairie Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre help injured wildlife get back on their feet and wings.
We know that humans have a giant impact on the environment, whether it's through building highways and vehicles hitting them, using windows in architecture, and buildings on migration paths.
Triage plays a large role in determining if an animal can be rehabilitated or if its injuries will effect its ability to survive upon release. If you drive a vehicle, live in a building with windows, live on a migration path or if you impact nature in your own special way, consider making a donation.
