In this episode, I discuss my three reactions to Donald Trump’s executive order on immigration:

  1. It is unconstitutional, though not for the reasons that you think I’ll say.
  2. The reaction to it has been ridiculously overblown and hysterical.
  3. I think it is poor policy.

It may seem that these three positions are impossible to be held in concert with one another, but take a listen to hear my positions.

Also, I discuss the recent news surrounding Iran: its ballistic missile test, Mike Flynn and Trump’s reaction, Iraq’s reaction to their reaction, the new sanctions placed on Iran, and Iran’s decision to cease using the U.S. dollar in its transactions.
