Join us today as we talk with Chris Sheffield and Ethan Kramer about the work that they do to raise mental health awareness and provide resources for the youth in their community.

Chris Sheffield is an excellent example of how you can begin to initiate change within your community. Following the untimely passing of a young girl in his hometown, Chris and other community members decided that it was time to take action. As a result, the Know Your Worth Collaborative was founded, and Chris is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Chris explains that the goal of the Know Your Worth Collaborative is to teach teens that their lives have meaning, worth, and value. You can find more information @KYWstore.com.

Ethan Kramer is an outstanding example to follow if you are a teen and have ever thought about working to raise awareness amongst your fellow peers. Ethan understands that mental health awareness is very important for teenagers. And the best part? He is the founder of the initiative Today Will Be Better Apparel, and his mission is to raise money for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Georgia). NAMI Georgia's mission is to support Georgia communities in ensuring that mental health issues are treated with the same level of attention as physical health issues. You can read more about Ethan's initiative on his website Today Will Be Better Apparel, where he will have more information about how you can purchase his newly designed t-shirt in early 2024. He shared with us that he was overwhelmed by the amount of support that he received from his community this past year, and he hopes that everyone will check his website out and help support his initiative!
