Beef pricing is being driven higher by short supply. Expect pricing to continue to move higher. Buy what you need now, waiting will cost you money. Hopefully, we'll see the increases stop after the Fourth of July.
Poultry production can't keep up with demand. Pricing is moving higher on pretty much everything, except breasts being down a few pennies. Wings are the highest they've been in two years and demand will continue to push that price higher. Keep ahead of your needs in poultry.
Pork production continues strong and there is product to be purchased at good values. Pricing is steady to a bit higher on most items.
