Howdy!

Our last episode of 2018 is with our good friend, Dustin Gersch. Dustin is the creator/owner of Paleo Powder. Not only is he an entrepreneur, he's also a financial planner/adviser with a plethora of suffixes after his name, and an all around great dude. We had a good chat in which he wore both of his proverbial hats. We discussed how he started his seasoning company in his kitchen when trying to find a great rub for BBQ competitions and turned that into a company that is now sold from coast to coast in stores like Wal-Mart, Whole Foods, Sprouts, HEB, Central Market, and many others. We discussed his mindset when he started and where that has evolved today. Of course, we chase squirrels all over the place and rarely focus on one topic. We do manage to get back to the topic of setting goals and planning well for the start of the 2019 and attempt to give a little insight into that before wrapping it up. He was a fantastic guest that had great insight and interesting stories. We begin our discussion the finer points of using the f-bomb. Hope you enjoy.
