We continue the discussion today about receiving the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease from the person in my life who has it, my husband, Vivek. Vivek recounts his reaction to receiving the news and then telling me about it. The tables are turned when Vivek asks me about my reaction to the news. We revisit that moment when we both essentially saw a different future in our wake. We also discuss how difficult it was to accept the diagnosis and then reveal it to others.
