Hi All,
So, I have been practicing more "mid-day meditations" and I have found it to be absolutely life changing. Sure, I meditate every morning and every night but in the middle of the day when I am my busiest and even when it doesn't feel like I could or even should meditate is when I have found it to be most helpful. In just 2 minutes in fact I have noticed a radical difference in my mindset, my connection to myself and others, my intuition, my "thinking good feeling thoughts" and more. This is a super short podcast that could be super helpful to you. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening.
