I denne podcast har vores vært træningsfysiolog Henrik Duer besøg af forsker Line Nørgaard Olsen til en samtale om kvinder, træning og overgangsalder. Vi tager udgangspunkt i Lines egen forskning, hvor hun bl.a. har set på effekten af 8 ugers intenst træningsforløb af kvinder, der har passeret overgangsalderen. Det ser ud til at de responderer anderledes i forhold til kvinder før overgangsalderen. Derudover taler vi også om hvilke fysiologiske konsekvenser overgangsalderen har mht. vægtøgning, tab af muskelmasse, mere fedt omkring maven osv. God fornøjelse
