Hello hello! In the first episode of this year, I talk about how we can allow things to be easy, sharing examples of what that has looked like for me as we start off the year. Not exactly sure what you want your year to be like? I give you an exercise for reflection to guide you into your inner knowing. When we use our internal compass as a guide, we bring the subconscious into the conscious. This allows us to trust our voice, choices, and intuition - which has a ripple effect on our relationships, career, and day to day interactions.
