She believes in engaging and empowering every employee in hazard, and hazardous state, recognition and response, while simultaneously building the environment, leadership, and systems for long-term success!

Outside of work, Tamara is an avid reader and traveler. She loves to mountain bike, camp, take her son and dog on long hikes, volunteer in her community, and enjoy life’s simplicities with her family and friends.
