Britt Bunyard, fungi extraordinaire, grew up on a small farm in Southwestern Ohio where he cultivated an interest in the natural world and environment. He went on to receive his PhD from Penn State University in plant pathology. Britt, Steve, and Summer discuss all things mushroom and fungi related, from new mushroom offerings in grocery stories to mushroom clubs around the United States. Britt identifies the differentiating factors of poisonous and non-poisonous mushrooms. He also touches on the fascinating ways that fungi reproduce.
