This week we're looking at Mikey's favourite thing in the world: scheduling! As far as we're concerned, any successful individual gets there by having some kind of a structure to their daily lives. We look at the finer points of scheduling, discuss how we do it, consider the importance of establishing routines for getting things done, and lastly look at the value of taking time to rest. We can't say it enough, scheduling allows for a clearer path and a better understanding of how you do things, and rest is an essential part of recharging and realigning your goals. We really think this is a good'n!.
