Most meals are forgettable. They’re meant to keep us going until the next one. Then there are the great meals that you tell your friends about. THEN there are the next level meals that make you say, “I don’t think I’ll ever experience this dish done better.” Even when you’re a foodie constantly looking for new and interesting places to try, that kind of experience is rare. And one thing that makes it beautiful is you never know when it’s going to happen. Will it happen at this fancy, multi-star, high-dollar place, or at this unassuming spot in a random strip mall in middle America?
