As performers we are very connected to our bodies whether that is through choreography, the physicality of our character or the sensation as we hit the high note. This week I have the pleasure of talking to Erin Weinberger, Dancer, Singer, Actor and Massage Therapist. Erin started her journey as a dancer and when her mom told her she needed to continue her schooling she picked massage therapy. As a fellow performer, Erin has the unique perspective of knowing exactly what our bodies are being put through.
Our conversation includes, but isn't limited, to the importance of touch, learning to balance as we reenter the performing world, the most important thing to know about the body and lots of laughter.
