Sheriff Ferguson and Revenue Agent Grey had joined forces to track down the whereabouts of the missing car linking famed serial killer Otis Lee to the grisly death of the Governor's nine-year old son - a pact that sent the both of them across the Old Man River to the Devil's Backyard to seek the help of the Queen of the Southern Winds herself, Madame Marie Laveau. What they found, however, was anything but helpful. Having survived an ambush by Horace's own kin, the two must now try to piece back together the rum-running Thibodeaux boys... quite literally... in order to get the information they need to track down Laveau and ask... well... beg... for her help in the case.
