Horace and Simon had managed to convince the mysterious Madame Marie Laveau to aid them in their search for the missing car of Otis Lee, a.k.a. The Rambler, who still currently sits in the Tumbleson County jail awaiting murder charges for the grizzly death of the son of the Governor of Not-Mississippi. The Queen of the Southern Winds has provided the lawmen with a hoo-doo-enhanced compass and needle that will supposedly lead them in the right direction. The question is - what awaits the Sheriff and Federal Agent where the needle points?
