The term “minimalism” can be a turnoff to those who think that it’s legalistic, restrictive, or requires that you only own a certain amount of stuff. But minimalism has many facets, and it’s a tool that can help you live a more intentional, peaceful life.
In this episode I’m joined again by Desirae Endres from the popular podcast Minimal-ish. We chat about how to make minimalism your own, and what she sees are the four pillars of minimalism.

Desirae is a wife, mom to two girls, and the host of the Minimal-ish podcast where she talks about all things realistic minimalism, motherhood, and intentional living. In 2018, Desirae and her husband set out to live with less clutter in their home. Soon she found that the journey to less was about so much more than a clutter-free home.

Desirae believes that a less cluttered life is where the idea of minimalism really makes a difference- a life focused on more of what matters, and less of what doesn‘t. She is passionate about sharing her journey and walking alongside podcast listeners towards a less cluttered, more intentional life.
