Stephanie is a mom of two, a women's health coach, a business mentor, entrepreneur, leader in the health and fitness industry, and so much more. Stephanie and I discuss practical tips for mastering time management and balance, specifically related to being a career mom and navigating career changes. She also shares her best advice for setting and maintaining boundaries, overcoming obstacles (such as her youngest daughter having special needs), and prioritizing ourselves in motherhood.
