Doug has a long form conversation with Jim Pace and Dr. Jamie Aten about responding to the mass shootings from the last few weeks. Jim served as a pastor who lost 3 people connected to his church during the Virginia Tech shooting in 2007 and Jamie Aten has been working with helping communities heal in crisis through his work with the Humanitarian Disaster Institute.
