Today we talk about creating an intentional space for your kids to practice sharing their ideas, feelings, and thoughts through family meetings. We share about how to get “buy in” from your kids for chores, homeschool, or any direction you’re wanting to move in as a family. We talk about family meetings as part of the narrow road of prioritizing relationship over rules and seeing your role as empowering your kids as important Kingdom work. Also, if you’re new to this type of parenting, family meetings offer a little structure to practice relational parenting. We hope this will be a practical and helpful tool as you establish your family culture!
