Value is what we can do for someone that they can’t do for themselves.

Entrepreneurs are driven by serving people and solving problems, but how can we create something of value for others when we’re wrapped up in ourselves? How can we be impactful without empathy?

People are living in their own motion pictures with very little room for other people in the screenplay. A lack of empathy isn’t just a crisis in our humanity, it’s a crisis in entrepreneurship.

How do we tap into and turn up our empathy? Why do we have to go beyond inspiration and motivation and actually get into action?

In this episode, I’m super honored to be joined by legendary sports marketer, entrepreneur, author and CEO of The Steiner Agency, Athlete Direct and CollectibleXchange, Brandon Steiner. He shares his incredible insights on success in entrepreneurship, and why it’s impossible without empathy.
