The Genoskwa Project is a Bigfoot research group, based out of Ohio, dedicated to prove the existence of bigfoot to mainstream science. Retired firefighter Paul Hayes was born and raised in Stark County Ohio. Paul believed in Sasquatch but never pursued it until he had a Class A encounter near his home. Since that encounter he has actively searched for answers concerning the Sasquatch phenomena since 2011. Paul currently has a small research team and also a Facebook group (The Genoskwa Project )going on 3,000 members. Fate brought him to Oregon where he dove headfirst into the subject of Bigfoot. His 2011 sighting in the Mt. Hood National Forest served to fuel the passion of his pursuit. Shane is a core member of the TFRG as well as the Olympic Project (www.olympicproject.com) Julie Rench is an active field investigator for The Genoskwa Project and recently established The Genoskwa Project Southwest Ohio. Julie investigates with a healthy skepticism and prognostic approach while keeping an open mind and being sensitive to what people believe they have witnessed.
