Hey there, beachgoers! Ready to catch some waves and soak up the sun? Well, here's your surf forecast straight from the National Weather Service in New York!
Let's kick things off in Brooklyn at Coney Island Beach and Manhattan Beach. Today, we're looking at a moderate rip current risk, with surf heights around 3 feet. The UV index is very high, so don't forget that sunscreen! Expect sunny skies with temperatures in the lower 80s and north winds at 10 to 15 mph. For Sunday, the surf height bumps up to around 5 feet with similar conditions.
Heading over to Southern Queens at Jacob Riis Park and Rockaway Beach, it's a similar scenario with a moderate rip current risk and heights around 3 feet today, climbing to 5 feet tomorrow. The surf temperature is in the upper 60s, and winds are coming in from the north at 10 to 15 mph.

Down in Southwestern Suffolk at Gilgo State Park and Robert Moses State Park, expect a moderate rip current risk, around 3-foot surf heights, and very high UV index. The surf temperature is in the lower 60s, with temperatures in the upper 70s and north winds at 10 mph. Sunday ramps up to 5-foot surf heights.
Lastly, in Southeastern Suffolk at Smith Point, Cupsogue Beach, Hither Hills State Park, and Ditch Plains, it's a mix of sun and surf with a moderate rip current risk and surf heights around 3 feet today, increasing to 5 feet tomorrow. Temperatures will be in the upper 70s with north winds around 10 mph.
