Some would say you could feel its oppressive presence drift along the coastal winds. Evil had begun to plague the region. A poison had set in, descending onto those who would dare journey through the fog enceloped mountain passes or along the lonely wooded roadways. People began disappearing at an alarming rate. At first, it was believed bandits had settled into the countryside, robbing, then killing their victims. However, once the numbers of those lost began to steadily increase from the tens, then into the hundreds, it became clear the situation was far more dire than anyone could have anticipated. When the remains of discarded, gnawed on, severed limbs were discovered bobbing up and down along the western coast of Scotland, did people fully realize monsters were real and that they lived in the hills...
