I love how I get the opportunity to speak with women who are so encouraging and kind and most importantly, humble. I am excited for you to hear my interview today with Grapevine Middle School Principal, Mandy Alexander, who is one of the most humble leaders I’ve had a chance to speak with as someone who has worked in public education for a while and who has been around a lot of people in any type of leadership. As I spoke with Mandy, it was clear to see why she was given the great opportunity to become a principal after a short amount of time after she had been away from the classroom for 14 years. Her outlook on life and the path that it took to get her to a position she never expected to have is one of honor and respect.
