Church Workers don’t grow on trees. They don’t fall from the sky either. So how do our pastors end up serving at our churches? How do the teachers end up in teh front of my child’s classroom?
In this podcast series, we’ll discuss how it is that the pastors, teachers and staff ministers at a given church or school end up there. We’ll explore our church body’s working training system, what happens after they get their degrees and what the Call process looks like and now it works. It’s our prayer that discussion opens your eyes and gives you yet another reason to give thanks to the Lord of the Church.
