Question: What is the one thing that women do A LOT that kills their confidence?

The answer to this question is so compelling, so relatable, that since answering this question, I have talked about it on stage in front of over 500 people, and gone viral-ish on Instagram for speaking on the subject matter. And finally, today, I get to bring it to you.

Hi. I’m Stacey Hutson, and this is the Mother Plus Podcast. Today I’m going to talk about women and apologizing. I’m sorry, OVER-Apologizing. See what I did there? Over-apologizing, and what it does to us, and our children — especially our daughters — when we do.

I’m going to plant a bug in your head, that once it’s there, you won’t be able to shake it. And that’s a good thing. That’s what I want.
