Good morning everybody! Thank you for tuning in to Motivated Entrepreneurs. I'm your host, Dean Booty. Today is Thursday, the 19th of November.
I have been working more on my sleep recently. I have an Oura ring, which was an incredible investment. Sleep is so important to your emotions, your health, your well-being.
The emotions you fall asleep with are the emotions you wake up with. What are your last thoughts before you go to sleep? Are you conscious of them?
I wasn’t planning for this. I am constantly stressing and thinking about all of my problems. When I woke up, I was thinking about them again.
Be intentional about your last thoughts and feelings before falling asleep. Try to have positive thoughts instead. It will greatly benefit us all.
