Some people… want to build it and sell it want passive income want the grind like security and want someone to pay them build a team but have no end game hmmm think they have an asset, but really don't automation so they can have a life
Here’s what happens oh, when I just get to this point, then I can do this When xxx $$$ is in the bank This fall I am going to do ____ When I get my assistant - everything changes I’m going to add a buyer agent and then it will all be perfect
15 years of real estate, met 3-4 people that have sold their business Why? - there is no asset your clients want you if you don't go to work for a month - shit hits the fan
Working ON your business is s DELIBERATE act Your business should serve YOU not the other way around
No on on their death bed said, man if I just put in a few more hours every week, my life would have been better
How do you want your business to serve you? provide big income every year provide passive income allow you to take vacations have nights and weekends off to spend with F&F do you want it to fund a foundation pay for kids education all of these things are possible if you are DELIBERATE
I hired a mentor to show me the way fast track Jim - do this, stop doing this eliminated the learning curve one of best decision I ever made
The question I have for you today is this: What do you want YOUR business to do for you?
