Jeff, Jake, and Ryan are back with another episode of The Youth Movement. In this episode they talk with and introduce Coach Sam Tamura, because Sam will be doing a coaching segment for the show going forward.

They discuss race preparation and strategies for beginning racers, all juniors, especially high school and middle school NICA League racers. Ryan and Jake share some of their experience throughout the episode to give the youth perspective.
