Today I’m catching up with Cheryl Schneider the other half of the powerhouse gym that is Lonedog MPE in Albury/Wodonga. Chez is not only a health coach but a super inspirational person to be around. She has come back from a debilitating autoimmune disease that prevented her from even being able to open doors to doing 7 ultra-marathons, 6 multiday running events and has become an incredible KB Sports Athlete who has represented Australia 3 times. I know a lot of listeners of this show and a lot of Lonedog Legends have asked for this story so let’s get into it….
