Hey everyone, the first 5 episodes of Cobra Kai season 6 have dropped on Netflix! I, of course, love this show and apparently you all LOVE hearing me talk about it so I’m definitely excited for it to be back. That being said, I didn’t love season 5 and I feel like the general hype for season 6 just hasn’t really been there due to a lack of promotion and the weird format choices they’re making for the release of the season. It mainly comes down to splitting the season into 3 5-episode chunks that are releasing MONTHS apart from each other. At least it gives me more content to make! Anyways, does Cobra Kai - Season 6: Part 1 lay the groundwork for a satisfying final season? Or, has the show completely run out of steam this many seasons in (and recycling the same plot? Find out in this SPOILER-FILLED review!

Synopsis: After defeating Cobra Kai and removing them from the Valley, the big question for the Miyagi-Do senseis and students is if they are going to compete in the Sekai Taikai, the world championship of karate. However, while Terry Silver may be gone, John Kreese is still out there, having faked his death and escaping prison, and he is sure to have a plan to get back at LaRusso and company. - Netflix
