Coaching is considered one of the most effective training methods by strength & conditioning experts. It is widely used to improve athletic performance in a variety of sports. Coaches help athletes or even beginners to increase their strength and endurance, build muscle, improve their flexibility and get faster.

Join me in this exciting episode with Coach Moses Harper of the Williams Jewell College. Moses Harper is a native of McComb, Mississippi, who earned his associate degree from North Central Missouri and a bachelor's in sports management from Central Methodist. He is a married man Roschana (Ross), and is the proud father of son Kaden and daughter Elise.

Moses was a two-sport standout for Central Methodist University, competing in football and basketball. He helped the Eagles to their first winning season in 18 years on the gridiron and was named the All-Heart of America Conference team. Moses also played basketball under Hall of Famer Jeff Sherman and led his team to 28 wins in the Sweet Sixteen of the NAIA-I National Tournament. He also spent time in the Wichita Wild Indoor Football League. He was inducted into the CMU Athletic Hall of Fame alongside his teammates for their work on the court in 2009. Moses played two years on the hardwood at North Central Missouri College, leading the Pirates to the first 20-win season in school history.
