Depression is one of the most commonly reported symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis. In this episode, we break down important information about mental health and chronic illnesses and discuss some helpful strategies for those facing depression, anxiety and stress.
Andrea Arzt is a licensed clinical social worker in New York who has worked with the MS Society for more than 20 years. She is also a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist.
