Episode 19: Joy Gardner. On 28 July 1993 at 07:40 in Crouch End, London, five police officers and an immigration official arrived to deport Joy Gardner and her son to Jamaica. At 08:04 - 24 minutes after officers had arrived at Joy's flat - an ambulance was called as Joy was unresponsive. Four days later Joy was pronounced dead. Why was Joy bound with a body belt and gagged with 13 metres of tape by police and immigration officials? Listen as Joannagh takes us through the case.
