How much does it matter that a customer "like" you -- before they buy your product?

Turns out, it helps a ton. In today's episode, I let you peek into one of my private Book Studies I'm doing with my Accelerator Group Coaching cohort this summer on the best-selling book "Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion" by Robert Cialdini, PhD. In this study, we discuss two key psychological "trigger points" that will set off automatic behaviors in our clients. What are they?... "liking" and "social proof." You'll hear specific ideas for how we can leverage social proof to show our clients that "lots of people like our product." And we discuss ways to do marketing to increase the odds that customers will like you (like showing your face more often).

It's a fascinating book, and the discussion brought up a lot of practical examples. I hope you walk away with a couple of specific things you can try in your marketing that will get these psychology triggers to work for you.
