How Emily explores

The world:
By travel and by investing in experiences instead of material things.
Her mind:

This new positive practice that she is doing each morning is to
walk for ten minutes and notice, just notice. She notices all different types of things.

"Take time for myself to explore my mind and just let it go for its own morning movement."

She likes to read. And she recently has begun to use colored pencils to add some creativity to her life.

Her body:

"I move for fun!"
She will not do any movement that is not fun.

She tries to be as intuitive as possible.

Eating for fuel. - most important!

The only rule she has with herself is:
"Eat things that don't make me feel bad."
"Keeping it real simple."
Emily's advice on how to move intuitively and get to the bottom of what makes you feel good:
Understand that there is a difference between being uncomfortable and discomfort
and distinguishing the difference
between the two because one is out of love and one is out of guilt

Keep it real simple - know what it is you are consuming!
Stop and think: Did that make me feel good? Yes? Keep going! If not, find a different alternative.
Her spirit:

Yoga, journaling, writing, meditation.

Exploring spirit is important to her because she connects everything she does to a higher power.
The one activity, habit, behavior that makes feel in her Natural Beet is

MINDFUL MOVEMENT :)

riding my bike, going for a jog, dancing, doing a HITT class or yoga class

Final words that EMILY NOLAN left with us:

"It all begins with radical self-acceptance.
You have to be brave enough to believe you are a miracle just the way you are."
Make one positive decision a day for YOURSELF - you will get there!
