'I felt sick everytime he walked up the driveway', at a point some mother's have to make the tough choice that means for them to show up as mothers they have to walk out. The break up is so often discussed but not so much the grief surrounding the gut wrenchingly awful pain that comes with breaking up a family unit, knowing your kids will never wake up on Christmas morning again and run to greet their Mum and Dad with joy on their faces. We discuss this and Tendayi tells other women's stories of how they managed to make it through and get a fair settlement from previous partners that didn't want equality for their ex wives. You can reach out to Tee here confidentially anytime.

I Got it From My Mumma podcast is by NHM, produced by Newcastle Podcast Station, proudly sponsored by NurtureMe, Tiny Tutus, Tee Legal, Burton Automotive, NCR Blinds in support of Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation.
