WHY IS EVERYONE STILL SLEEPING IN MY HOUSE? I want to play guitar! Well, so, I turned the amp up to less than normal speaking volume, which on this amp is about 4 (it's the 1955 Gibson BR9), and put a mic right up close to it. Sounds OK, but it's not enough level to make the tubes do their thing. Oh, well. Also, it's about 88F/ 31C and raining like crazy here. Hence the title. I need to learn some new licks.
